Why do we fear?
Malo e lelei my speech is about, Why do we fear? I choose to speak to you about this because Many of us here has experience fear right? “I fear about what people think of me.” But some students don’t. Fear can do many things to us like shut opportunities for us because they might think “I'm not good enough” “I can't do that” because of this, the opportunity will disappear like a click of a finger.
The battlefield of the mind is fear, how do I know this because I’ve been through fear for the last couple of years and it has tortured my life.
Some of us fear talking in front of people having expectations, failure also fear of man. Why does fear even exists? It exist to stop us from fulfilling our purpose in life.
Fear can rule over yourself, also your actions, as always the decisions that you make. Fear is like many things that goes through your head like ,Why can't I be like this, Why can't I be like that. That there is called MINDSETS.What are mindsets? Mindsets are beliefs about yourself and your most basic qualities. Which is why it is important to not conform to the patterns of this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind. That’s it renew your mind daily.
Lastly, ways to overcome fear is to conquer. How? Being aware of your fears, writing it down and asking yourself how can I conquer this. One of my fears was pleasing others, the way I overcame this was “Just Be” Just be yourself and everyone will just need to accept me for who I am.
I have come to my conclusion fear is a major issue in our lives, if we don’t learn to identify our fears we will not fulfil our purpose in life. Ways to changing our Mindsets by renewing it daily and identifying our fears so we can conquer and overcome our fears. Also transform our lives. And “JUST BE” just Be yourself.
Thank you for listening to my speech.
