Home Learning - Muhammad Ali

This week for home learning we had Muhammad Ali. He was a famous,Strong,Conquer and Confident boxer. He inspired people to follow there dream and never give up. He was a inspiration to people. I learnt a lot about Muhammad Ali.

Inquiry - China

For Inquiry we went to China with Miss Anderson. Miss Anderson taught us everything about China like the language and how they celebrate. What I like about China is that we learned everything and that we can speak only the basic words. 

Inquiry - Japan

For Japan we learned so much we have been learning the colours,language and what they eat. I learn so much about Japan. What I liked about Japan is learning about there country and what they do.

Making Connections

Today we have been learning about China's Pollution. What we have been doing was that we played this game that we had to connect to each other. What I like about this game was that it was fun also it was good learning for us.

Jewellery Design - Cecillia

For tech at Tamaki College. Some of the year 8 students have been going to 3D printing. In 3D printing we done a Jewellery design, my design was a bow. It was fun making a 3D bow because it was a good experiment for me and the students.  

Blog Posts Data Analysis

On this DLO we had to do a data that shows how many blog posts we done in the years. For me I just started blog posting in 2016, it was a big change for me because I would always write in books. But It's good in education. What I like about blog posting is that we always create something new.  

Pollution - Synthesizing

Today for reading we had to learn about China's pollution. What we done was that we had to read what they do with the pollution. In New Zealand (NZ) on our t-shirts it says on the tag (Made in China). In China Kids don't go to school because of the pollution and also it's not a good for the kids education. Miss Anderson gave us this game that is related to what we are learning. With all of that Miss Anderson told us that we made a connection.
