Orienteering - Tiare & Cecillia

Today we did orienteering. We had to be in partners or ourselves. My partner (Tiare) and I worked well and had fun. It was my first time. The weather was pouring with rain,  Tiare and I was having tuns of fun together. It was awesome we manage to finish the four courses. I could see everyone else having fun, running around and enjoying themselves.

Inquiry - India

For inquiry I am in India our teacher is Miss Naicker . In India we learned lot and lots of things about India like there language,The map,There landmarks,What the flag represents in India,The celebrations that India has,Comparing Tongan food to Indian food,Traditional clothing And Who is the famous person in India (Mahatma Gandhi.)

Decimal Check-Up

Today we have been learning about decimal check-up. What I learned was to but the numbers in the right place and how to say it. It was a great learning for me and the other students. The game that we had played was called Place Value Pirates.

Smog in China

So for Reading we learn about the smog in China. On this DLO we had to leave a comment that connects to the text,ourselves and the world (T-T, T-S & T-W) My partner (Mia) and I worked collaboratively and did 5 comments each. What we found out was that the smog in China is not good for there health and environment as well. What I found out was that on our clothes tag it says "Made In China." (T-W) Also when they wear the mask reminded me about the doctors how they have surgery to keep the smell away or the blood away.
