Cross Country
So for the past few weeks on Monday and Tuesdays we have been practising on our running skills in the morning. First we started off with 1 lap around the school then it went to 2,3,4 laps, and this week some of us did 5 and Mr Ogilvie timed us during our practise Mr Ogilvie has been teaching us as some skills like when your running your start with a paste and on your last lap you sprint it all the way, also with your breathing you have to breath into your nose and when you breathe out your mouth it should shape like an "o". Mia and I worked as a team and we finished around the hole school we didn't walked we ran it the hole time, our time was 11.45 minutes. So when it's the real cross country then we would know what to do.
A clear explanation of your cross country training Cecillia. I am very impressed with the way everyone has been thinking carefully about their pace. Keep trying hard :)
